This position
would suit an upcoming Chef de Partie looking to progress within the industry under an award winning Executive Chef.
Commitment under pressure and the aptitude to learn and work hard is a pre-requisite
for this role. The successful applicant will work along side a strong team of chefs and will receive an above NMW rate of
pay.
Previous experience in a large volume, quality kitchen is preferable.
Due to the location of the Inn, transport would be required if living outside
the Valley.
